Natalya has shared an update on social media today amid uncertainty about her status with WWE. The 42-year-old has not competed in a WWE ring since losing to Ronda Rousey on the March 10 edition of SmackDown. Several PWInsider sources had reported that Natalya negotiated a new WWE deal even though her current agreement expires in June. However, PWInsider has just confirmed that Natalya will remain a part of the Stamford-based promotion as she has locked in a new multi-year contract.
Natalya's future with WWE has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks. The veteran wrestler has been with the company for 14 years and is one of the most experienced female performers on the roster. However, she has not been featured prominently on WWE television in recent months and there have been rumors that she may be leaving the company.
